1️⃣ Unexpected Fitment Challenge – During installation, the client discovered that our customized high-manganese blow bars were 1-2mm thicker than their previous OEM parts.

2️⃣ Additional Installation Effort – To make them fit, they had to shave down the mounting shoes, which required more time and effort than expected.

3️⃣ Need for a Resolution for Remaining Blow Bars – Since they had received an entire set of blow bars, they needed a clear and immediate solution to ensure smooth installation for the rest.

4️⃣ Clarification on Future Orders – The client wanted to understand what adjustments Krystal-A would make to prevent this issue in future shipments.
